About 15 years ago Roger & Ally went to this musical festival in a national park by the sea and LOVED it. So we wanted to take the kids as part of the NZ leg of The Big Trip.
It lived up to expectations – the sun shone the sea sparkled the sounds rolled…..
Liked best – Anya: the costumes; Max: you could listen to music whilst swimming in the sea.
Favourite food – Anya: nutella crepe; Max: Yorkshire pudding wraps.
Music liked least – Anya & Max: Dizzee Rascal as too many swear words.
Who we met – Anya: a girl called Ruby and her mum Amy. Ruby had a coat that glowed. Max: Mum met one of her friends from school, staying in the next door teepee, her name was Charlotte.
